  • Patient Interaction: Manage inbound/outbound calls for appointments, service details, check-ins, and follow-ups.
  • Information Provider: Clearly explain hospital services, doctor specialities, offers, and processes.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
  • Query Resolution: Address patient concerns, billing questions, and provide basic support, escalating complex issues.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately log all calls, patient details, and interactions in the system.
  • Empathy & Support: Offer compassionate and professional support, understanding sensitive patient needs.
  • Coordination: Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other departments for seamless patient care.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English and relevant local languages (e.g., Tamil).
  • Customer Service: Patient-focused, empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Technical: Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and familiarity with Patient Management Systems (PMS).
  • Soft Skills: Time management, problem-solving, cool temperament, ability to handle rejection.
  • Confidentiality: Understanding of patient privacy (HIPAA knowledge is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
