We are looking to hire a
Retail Concessions Officer,
who will be
responsible for conducting store audits. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of retail merchandising, store operations, monitor concessionaire performance, providing detailed observations, and recommending actionable insights to our client, based in Dubai, one of the largest companies in the region.
The role sits within the Retail Department and reports directly to the
Head of Retail Concessions.
We are seeking a passionate
Retail Concessions Officer
to ensure that they maintain positive relationships with retail concessionaires, ensure efficient store operations, drive sales performance, and monitor inventory levels
Key responsibilities;

Conduct regular store audits and
inventory management
, provide actionable recommendations, and support concessionaires in implementing action plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communications with concessionaires
acts as a liaison coordinating with concessionaires to create visually appealing merchandise displays that enhance customer engagement and support sales growth.

Customer Experience and Marketing Enhancement:
improve the overall customer experience by delivering exceptional service, effective merchandising, and targeted marketing initiatives. Collaborate with concessionaires to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Monitor and follow up on customer complaints with concessionaires to ensure prompt resolution.

Support the
efficient operation and management of retail concessions
by ensuring retail partners provide outstanding customer experiences, achieve sales objectives, and uphold high standards of operational and service excellence.

Reporting and Inventory Management
oversee and optimize inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess stock, ensuring efficient inventory control.

Proficiency in
financial analysis and budget management
to oversee concessionaire performance.

Experience in store operations and store audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with retail procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain or related field.

3–5 years’ relevant experience in Retail Management.

Strong understanding of retail merchandising, customer service, and business operations.

Familiarity with local regulations related to retail operations, including licensing, safety, and security.

Experience in store operations and store audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with retail procedures.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Availability:
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum of 30 days after accepting the offer.
