Position Details

• Experience: 5–15 years
• Location: Multiple (Expansion opportunities available)
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred
• Compensation: Salary no bar for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee retail counter operations for medical devices and equipment
• Drive sales growth through excellent customer engagement and service
• Lead and mentor counter sales staff to achieve business targets
• Plan and execute retail business expansion by opening new outlets
• Ensure smooth daily operations and stock management

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in retail sales or counter sales, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
• Strong managerial, communication, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to develop and motivate a sales team
• Managers with an existing team are most welcome to apply
