Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail outlets to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and merchandising teams to ensure product availability.
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective retail strategies.
- Monitor store KPIs (sales, footfall, conversion, shrinkage, average basket size).
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product mix and promotions.
- Support execution of marketing and promotional campaigns at store level.
People Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate store managers and their teams to deliver excellent results.
- Recruit, train, and develop retail staff in line with company culture and goals.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and build succession pipelines.
- Resolve escalated staff or customer issues effectively.
Customer Experience & Quality
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all stores.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards at store level.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
