KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage multiple simultaneous retail delivery projects including fit-outs, refurbishments, and common area upgrades from inception to completion
  • Develop project programmes, milestone plans, and resource schedules for all active delivery projects
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and quality against approved plans; identify variances and implement corrective actions
  • Chair weekly project review meetings with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Tenant Delivery Coordination

  • Lead the tenant handover process, issuing fit-out guidelines, design manuals, and authority contact details
  • Oversee the Architectural Design Consultant and Project Management Specialist in reviewing tenant submissions and coordinating fit-out inspections
  • Ensure all tenant fit-outs comply with the Tenant Design Manual, lease obligations, and authority approvals
  • Manage the fit-out deposit process including collection, tracking, and release

Contractor & Consultant Management

  • Procure, appoint, and manage contractors and consultants for retail delivery and capital projects
  • Administer contracts, review and approve variations, and manage claims within delegated authority
  • Conduct contractor performance reviews and manage project close-out and defect rectification

Commercial, Budget & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage retail delivery project budgets, tracking committed, actual, and forecast costs
  • Review and approve project invoices, payment certificates, and variation orders within delegated authority
  • Prepare monthly project progress and financial reports for the Executive Director
  • Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality or timeline.


8. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 certification preferred
  • RICS or similar professional qualification is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years in project management, retail delivery, or construction management in real estate
  • Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous fit-out projects in a retail mall or mixed-use environment
  • GCC/KSA experience in retail delivery or property development is strongly preferred
  • Experience with tenant coordination, contractor management, and authority approvals

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Yardi – property management, work order management, and financial reporting
  • Procore experience / knowledge
