Your Mission

Your Impact

• Operational Excellence: You will support daily operations by assisting with administrative tasks, managing vendor communications and creating essential sales and purchase orders.

• Content Creation: You will elevate our brand's communication by developing captivating PowerPoint presentations.

• Inventory & Logistics Management: You will be instrumental in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure the seamless execution of our retail experience programs and initiatives.

• Production & Logistics Coordination: You will collaborate closely with the relevant teams to follow up on production timelines and create detailed schedules to ensure all projects and initiatives are delivered on time.

• Reporting & Documentation: A keen eye for detail will be crucial in generating comprehensive reports and documentation, ensuring both internal clarity and compliance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will be a key liaison, working closely with our internal teams to identify and register products across various platforms, providing essential supporting information and streamlining processes.

• Project & Process Development: You will contribute to our growth by creating clear guideline documents for a variety of upcoming internal and external projects, fostering efficiency and consistency.

Your Impact

• Freshly graduated or Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn, excel and make an impact
