Motifz Textile Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented professionals for its retail outlet at Giga Mall, Islamabad.

Qualification:Retail Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Preferred).
• Additional certifications in Retail Management, Customer Service, or Sales Management will be considered an advantage.

Sales Persons & Sales Girls:

• Intermediate / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Experience & Skills:Retail Manager:

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Retail Industry.
• Strong expertise in:
• Retail Operations Management
• Team Leadership and Staff Development
• Sales Planning and Target Achievement
• Inventory Management
• Customer Relationship Management
• Visual Merchandising
• Cash Handling and Store Reporting
• Problem Solving and Decision Making
• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills

Sales Persons & Sales Girls:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Retail Sales.
• Strong customer dealing and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling will be preferred.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:Retail Manager:

• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage sales targets and maximize store profitability.
• Supervise and motivate sales teams.
• Ensure proper inventory control and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational improvements and sales performance.

Sales Persons & Sales Girls:

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Provide product information and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain attractive product displays.
• Ensure excellent customer experience.
• Support store operations and achieve assigned targets.
