Role Summary

As a Luli Fama Keyholder, you are both a brand ambassador and a trusted store leader. You will uphold the same standards of excellence as our Part-Time Sales Associates while also taking on added responsibility for opening and closing the store, supporting daily operations, and leading by example when the Store Manager is not present. You set the tone for service, ensure the sales floor reflects the Luli Fama aesthetic, and help drive the store toward achieving sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Selling

  • Deliver a luxury-level guest experience through personalized service and authentic engagement.
  • Anticipate guest needs and adapt your selling strategy to create lasting connections.
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge and confidently make styling recommendations.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication and outreach.

Leadership & Operations

  • Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring security procedures are followed.
  • Take initiative in coaching and guiding team members during shifts to maintain high performance standards.
  • Monitor sales performance in real time, motivating the team to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals.
  • Support visual merchandising by maintaining brand-aligned displays, product flow, and replenishment standards.
  • Act as the manager on duty when assigned, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues with professionalism and composure.

Business Acumen & Accountability

  • Use provided tools and reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and share insights with leadership.
  • Model personal accountability by setting high standards for sales, service, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute ideas that enhance performance, community engagement, and guest satisfaction.

Team Culture & Communication

  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment that reflects Luli Fama’s spirit of confidence, hospitality, and empowerment.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with both guests and team members.
  • Lead by example through professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.

Visual & Brand Presentation

  • Ensure the store maintains a polished, cohesive, and brand-aligned appearance—both front and back of house.
  • Support visual updates and floor moves under the direction of the Store Manager or Merchandising Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with an understanding of sales metrics and retail KPIs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a passion for luxury fashion and guest experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
