We are looking for a Retail Leasing Responsible to take part in Şişecam Headquarters – Stores Development Management Team in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from Department of Management, Economics, preferably Urban & Regional Planning,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, preferably in retail sector
• Fast follower and researcher
• High learning agility to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Results-driven with a strong motivation to achieve targets
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• No restrictions for domestic and international travels
• Valid B driving licence

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to the Contract & Stores Expansion Supervisor, roles and responsibilities include:

• Supports the manager and the supervisor in the process of documenting store opening/closing/relocation strategies
• Follows contract updates, renewals, additional protocols and rent payment process (including turnover decleration) in accordance with Finance Department
• Monitors developments in the real estate and retail sector and reports on them
• Evaluates store location opportunities and projects in target and existing markets/regions/cities by monitoring and analyzing the target audience, competitor brands, regional conditions, and risks; conducts field research on store locations, analyzes options on-site, identifies a list of locations with high potential for store openings, and makes recommendations to management.
• Conducts detailed feasibility analyses for potential locations that have been evaluated and approved
• Participates in negotiations with property owners for the leasing process alongside the supervisor and manager
• In accordance with lease negotiations, drafts, reviews, and prepares contracts for signature, then forwards them to the manager
• Supports the manager in tracking legal and judicial proceedings in cooperation with the relevant Legal Department
• Maintain constant contact with shopping center management and handle all matters related to real estate
