Retail Link Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Retail Link Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage retail data analysis, forecasting, and seasonal trend insights to maximize sales performance and ensure efficient inventory flow management. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with data tools, and the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze retail sales data to identify weekly low inventory and out-of-stock items, and recommend merchandise pushes to the appropriate Walmart manager.
• Monitor sales trends, forecast accuracy, out-of-stock occurrences, and supply chain disruptions to deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare and compile multiple reports each Saturday for distribution by Sunday evening.
• Provide on demand reports and analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirement: 3–6 years of Walmart analytical experience.
• Proficient with Walmart’s Retail Link Scintilla.
• Exceland Power Pivot.
• Fluent in Walmart terminology.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with both internal teams and Walmart counterparts.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: $46,550.82 - $56,061.20 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
