Retail Manager

Coral Perfumes is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Retail Manager to oversee and manage retail operations across multiple perfume outlets. The role focuses on sales growth, team management, customer experience, and operational excellence, ensuring brand standards and profitability are consistently achieved.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Operations & Sales

• Manage day-to-day operations of Coral Perfumes retail stores
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and achievement of monthly and annual targets
• Implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques to maximize profitability
• Monitor store KPIs such as sales per square foot, conversion rate, ATV, and repeat customers

Team Leadership & People Management

• Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise shop supervisors and sales staff
• Set clear sales targets and conduct regular performance reviews
• Ensure staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and adherence to company SOPs
• Build a customer-focused, high-performance retail team

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure exceptional customer service and premium brand experience in all stores
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain Coral Perfumes brand image, VM standards, and store presentation

Inventory & Stock Control

• Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and high-margin products
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to avoid stock shortages or overstocking

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies, mall regulations, and UAE retail laws
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
• Provide insights and improvement recommendations to management

Coordination & Expansion Support

• Work closely with marketing for promotions, launches, and campaigns
• Support new store openings, staff onboarding, and training
• Conduct regular store visits and audits

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail management (preferably perfumes, FMCG, beauty, or luxury retail)
• Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and customer service
• Experience handling sales teams and achieving aggressive targets
• UAE retail experience is preferred
