We are hiring an experienced Retail Manager for a well-reputed company in the food industry. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in retail operations, sales growth, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall retail operations across outlets/branches

Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Ensure stock management, merchandising, and product availability

Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve KPIs

Monitor SOP compliance and service standards

Analyze market trends and competitor performance

Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and management teams

Identify new opportunities for retail growth

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of retail management experience in Frozen Food Industry

Strong leadership and operational management skills

Excellent communication and team management abilities

Lahore based or willing to relocate
