Key Responsibilities

Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising

  • Execute retail marketing calendar with flawless in-store campaign delivery (window campaigns, in-store branding, promotional campaigns etc).
  • Manage visual merchandising and brand presentation across all locations, upkeeping and monitoring the brand standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate new store launches and promotional materials. Overseeing the marketing material development across all formats, including the production of materials.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure marketing standards.
  • Oversee in-store customer experience optimization.

Brand Management & Creative

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Lead product launch campaigns from concept to evaluation.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, competitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop brand awareness initiatives and partnerships.
  • Create compelling brand messaging and communication frameworks.
  • Monitor brand perception and implement enhancement strategies.

Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain a working relationship with all malls, ensuring optimal support and visibility for all store locations.
  • Actively explore new opportunities in all malls.
  • Seek out and launch new collaborations and partnerships.
  • Manage and deliver ad-hoc events such as pop up stores and one-time events.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all online channels.
  • Lead social media content creation and community management.
  • Manage e-commerce campaigns and email marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse digital performance and optimize for ROI.
  • Ensure seamless online/offline campaign integration.

Team Leadership & Budget Management

  • Lead and develop high-performing marketing team across all disciplines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional campaign delivery with all departments.
  • Manage comprehensive marketing budget and provide monthly P&L reporting.
  • Analyse campaign performance and ROI across all marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage agency relationships.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to General Manager.
