VitrA Tiles, which ranks first in exports to the EU, started production in Istanbul Tuzla in 1991 and in Bilecik Bozüyük in 1992. VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters. VitrA Tiles products are offered for sale in 75 countries, especially in the Turkish and German markets. VitrA Tiles carries the 60 years of expertise of the VitrA brand to all living spaces in the house, especially the bathroom; It also offers products suitable for use in many different areas such as pools, gardens and exteriors. VitrA Tiles, which constantly develops innovative texture and material solutions, sets the trends in surfaces with its new collections every year. VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".


What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

  • Develop and execute annual global marketing plans for the V&B Tiles brand,
  • Plan channel investments and retail marketing strategies for the VitrA Karo brand across MEA and export markets,
  • Manage investment, display, and campaign processes via SAP, Salesforce, and similar systems,
  • Centrally manage display, campaign, and loyalty programs within the dealer channel,
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget; conduct channel profitability analyses and deliver structured reporting,
  • Coordinate closely with all relevant internal stakeholders (Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Brand Communication, Digital Marketing, etc.),
  • Report campaign performance, display investments, and related KPIs using Excel and BI tools.


Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
  • Preferably 2–5 years of experience in marketing, commercial operations, or channel management,
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, advanced Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus,
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset,
  • Strong multitasking capability with effective time and priority management skills,
  • Willingness to work across international markets; fluent in English,
  • Strong team player with a solution-oriented approach to internal collaboration.
