Primary Purpose
An Accounts Payable (AP)/ Financial Analyst's job is to manage outgoing payments by processing invoices, verifying them, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. Key duties include reconciling payments, resolving discrepancies, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. This role involves analyzing payment data, improving processes, and supporting the finance team with financial reporting and month-end close tasks.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Carlisle, PA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities-
Invoice and payment processing: Receive, verify, and process invoices and expense reports from vendors.

Payment execution: Process payments to vendors according to company policy.

Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and payable reports to ensure accuracy.

Discrepancy resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in payments and invoices.

Financial reporting: Assist with month-end close processes and create financial reports. Conduct quantitative analysis of information affecting budgets, expenses and other financial projects.

Process improvement: Analyze and improve the accounts payable process to increase efficiency and control costs.

Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, mathematics, or a related field

Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in virtual and in-person settings

Background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost performance reporting

Experience with large data sets and tools (e.g., Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320
