Define and implement strategies to support multiple country Category Management teams in driving growth for partner brands through tailored media proposals, innovative ad solutions, and actionable consumer insights.
Build and nurture high-impact relationships with key retail media partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring sustained collaboration.
Develop and deliver compelling, high-level sales pitches and media strategies that demonstrate the unique value of our multi-channel and multi-vertical advertising capabilities.
Drive the performance of advertising campaigns (both on-site and off-site fixed & biddable media placements), overseeing optimization processes, analyzing outcomes, and presenting insights that maximize brand growth and media ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Promotions & Campaigns, Marketing, and Creative, to ensure seamless execution of media solutions and alignment on overarching business goals.
Act as a thought leader in the retail media space, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth within your market.
Mentor the team of Retail Media specialists, creating a collaborative work environment, setting and fulfilling growth strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals.
Has experience of dealing with multiple countries from a regional perspective and is able to understand the nuances of multiple country stakeholder management. Countries under scope: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Czechia, Hungary, Austria and Turkey.
Proven track record of managing and negotiating high-value partnerships with CPGs, media agencies, or retailers.
Strong understanding of AdTech, programmatic advertising, or PPC, with the ability to leverage these tools for business growth and sales.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to define business objectives, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Full professional fluency in English.
