Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Merchandise Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will analyze organizational needs, design processes and systems, assess business models, and integrate, test and deploy solutions to deliver improved business outcomes using SAP Main modules: MM and SD SAP SD with MM hands-on Experience As a subject matter expert in the retail domain, you will play a crucial role in shaping business solutions, and facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP MM & SD Expertise: Analyze and design processes related to SAP Material Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) to optimize business functionality and operations.
• POS Integration: Evaluate and implement seamless integration of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems with SAP solutions, ensuring robust data flows across retail touchpoints.
• P2P & Order-to-Cash Knowledge: Apply expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash life cycles to streamline processes and enhance end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Process Analysis & Enhancement: Assess current organizational structures and identify opportunities for improvement within SAP landscapes.
• System Design & Documentation: Document detailed business processes and technical system specifications to support efficient SAP implementation and operations.
• Integration with Technical Teams: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure SAP solutions meet both business needs and technical requirements.
• Team Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Foster effective team collaboration, contribute to impactful decision-making, and provide strategic solutions to complex challenges across business areas.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in SAP MM (Material Management) or/and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules with proven experience in end-to-end implementations. (both is a plus)
• SAP MM/SD Consultant with Retail experience
• Hands-on experience with POS system integration and its alignment with SAP solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, engage stakeholders, and define clear requirements and solutions.
• Proficient in advanced data analysis methodologies to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industry best practice for SAP retail integrations and processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration tools and middleware for POS systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
• Experience in supporting global retail operations is a plus.
