Lenskart is India’s leading omnichannel eyewear retailer, known for its strong online presence and offline presence across ~2,000 retail stores across the country. We are looking to build AI First and Product led Replenishment function that will focus on the following focus areas:


1. Drive Growth

  • Ensure store-specific assortment by making sure the right and most relevant SKUs (PIDs) are available at each store
  • Use sales velocity, regional demand, and store potential to drive incremental growth through smarter inventory placement


2. Demand Sensing

  • Analyze sales trends across regions, clusters, and store types .
  • Continuously fine-tune replenishment logic based on seasonality, sell-through, local demand surges, and emerging trends.
  • Predict demand spikes around new launches, marketing campaigns, or local events


3. Merchandise Optimization & Space Productivity

  • Work with Category and Merchandising teams to optimize space allocation across fixtures and store layouts .
  • Customize store-wise planograms and inventory mix to maximize sales per square foot .
  • Balance best sellers, newness, and core assortment for each store based on footfall and sales patterns


4. Replenishment & Fulfillment Execution

  • Lead Automated and JIT Replenishment Systems to ensure:

-High availability of best sellers

-Low inventory on slow movers

-High freshness and newness on shelves


  • Configure and enhance system-led replenishment triggers based on real-time sales and stock data.
  • Minimize stock-outs and aging inventory


5. Store & Warehouse Coordination

  • Ensure smooth flow of inventory between warehouses and stores.
  • Address store-level availability issues and work with operations teams to resolve gaps.
  • Drive inter-store and inter-warehouse transfers where required.



Skills & Experience Required:


  • 4–7 years of experience in Merch Replenishment, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, SCM, Ops, Fashion or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong first-principle problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Right Attitude with hunger to grow
  • AI-first in their thinking
