About the Role

To optimize retail loan collection performance through analytical models, data analysis, and actionable insights. Develop data-driven strategies to improve collection efficiency, enhance risk segmentation, and support operational effectiveness.

• Develop, monitor, and update scorecards, segmentation models, and forecasting algorithms used in retail loan collection processes
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, present trend analyses to senior management
• Support strategic action plans with data analysis to reduce delinquency and default rates
• Collaborate closely with collections operations teams to implement data-driven action plans
• Design predictive models using machine learning and advanced analytics to detect delinquency risk in advance
• Responsible for modifying and updating decision support system software and collection rules
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements in data management and reporting processes
• Conduct A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve collection efficiency via digital channels

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Preferably max 6 years experienced in collections analytics, risk analysis, or credit risk management within the banking sector
• Experience in data analysis and modeling using SQL, Python, or R
• Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Preferably proficient in written and reading English
• Continues to learn while sharing their experience
• Can communicate effectively in teamwork
• Follows innovations and adapts quickly to change
• Reflects analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in their work
• A proactive and solution-oriented professional who contributes to the corporate culture
