Duties and Responsibilities


  • Act as the central point of contact between sales teams, retail stores, and head office to ensure seamless communication and quick issue resolution.

  • Review and approve store inventory requests, aligning stock levels with store demand and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and manage customer reviews on Google, ensuring timely and professional responses that uphold the brand’s image and values.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues related to shipment delivery or pick-ups. Resolve operational concerns related to logistics in a timely manner.

  • Oversee monitoring of store cameras to ensure security and operational standards are maintained. Promptly address any issues or concerns by coordinating with store managers for timely resolution.

  • Track completion of daily checklists across stores. Ensure timely submissions, identify gaps, and follow up with relevant teams to maintain compliance.


Key Task:

  • Monitor Camera Systems: Regularly check the camera systems across all stores to ensure they are functioning properly and resolve any security issues that arise.
  • Approval of Inventory Requests: Review and approve inventory requests submitted by stores, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained without overstocking.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Retail teams: Facilitate communication between the sales teams, retail staff, and head office, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Address Operational Issues: Take ownership of issues related to shipments, deliveries, or other operational concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Respond to Customer Reviews: Manage Google reviews, ensuring that responses are timely, appropriate, and aligned with company policy to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all inventory approvals, shipment issues, camera monitoring, and any operational problems, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Training and Support: Assist in training retail store staff on operational procedures, inventory management.
  • Troubleshoot and Problem-Solve: Proactively address any technical or operational issues (e.g., camera system glitches, inventory discrepancies) and escalate them as needed for resolution.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.

  • Fluency in English and Hindi are mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics and customer service.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
