We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Incharge with a strong background in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will oversee showroom operations, drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies in coordination with management.
- Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and brand presentation.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of furniture products, materials, and pricing strategies.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management/ERP systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling multiple showroom locations.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain coordination.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
