Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Retail Operations Lead to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive sales performance. This role is responsible for managing store teams, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards across retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth store performance
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and improve customer service standards and in-store experience
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff and supervisors
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock levels, and merchandising standards
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify opportunities
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and merchandising teams
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives
- Handle escalated customer concerns and operational issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or store management
- Proven leadership experience in managing retail teams
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales strategies, and customer service
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Pay: QAR21,000.00 per month
