Job Overview

Green Oak Florist is looking for a friendly and dependable Phone Sales Associate to join our team. This position focuses on assisting customers over the phone with placing floral orders, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, has strong communication skills, and can help customers choose the right floral arrangements for special occasions.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with ordering floral arrangements for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy arrangements, and holidays
  • Provide helpful suggestions based on customer needs and budget
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system
  • Answer questions about products, pricing, and delivery options
  • Ensure all order details are communicated clearly to the floral design and delivery team
  • Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction

Qualifications

  • Enjoy speaking with people and providing great customer service
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
