We are currently looking for a Retail Planning Manager, Türkiye & CIS to join our Planning team for our İstanbul office.

Maintain and align Buy Budget with Affiliate, reconciling PC9 count to space.

Ensure high productivity per store through managing the allocations and by the ensuring initial Merch is in line with the plan as well as active in Sn Management.

Maintain Item Plan in SAS within forecast accuracy targets.

Validate option counts support best practice visual merchandising in stores (Merch Flow).

Review Sizes offered and size shares to reduce stock outs and optimize sales.

Drive execution of assortment at a store level by ensuring the availability of PC9’s as planned.

Manage a team to support all Planning, Allocation & Inventory management activities in Türkiye and CIS.

Define units to support sales plan

Item plan accuracy

Overall Margin / Profitability of the assortment.

Business performance reviews and action.

In season management & Post season analysis

Lead & drive inventory management KPIs for the market

Proactive in season management of promotions needed to mitigate risks and identify closeouts to drive high productivity per store.

Review business performance weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ seasonally to identify actions needed to optimize sales.

Proactive management of returns to optimize profitability of aged inventory and Outlet Stock levels.

Create Hind sighting to inform future buys

Prep & lead Investment Review discussions with cross functional teams seasonally

Promote standardization across SAMEA of processes and tools wherever possible.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is a must.

Fluent English - both Written and Verbal is a must.

10+ years of experience in a merch planning & inventory management, preferably in apparel & fashion
-
Advanced Excel, Power Point, (Power BI a plus)

Proven experience understanding retail planning and executing exceptional quantitative skills

Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and focused on meeting deadlines

Effective multi-tasker, with strong ability to interact with multi-functional stakeholders

Demonstrated innovative problem solving and partnering skills.
