Sales Planning & Operations Specialist

Location: İstanbul, Turkey

Job Purpose

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team, who will play a critical role in managing sales planning & operations processes and contributing to the achievement of our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and annual sell-in plans aligned with Sanofi’s budget targets and evolving market dynamics.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of sell-in activities in line with the planning to optimize product availability in the market.
• Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance; take proactive actions to ensure product availability and support sales objectives.
• Manage order processes with pharmaceutical wholesalers, ensuring accurate order placement and consistency across internal systems.
• Coordinate with supply planning teams to align stock availability with sales forecasts; communicate potential risks and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead payment calculation and reconciliation processes for wholesalers ensuring financial precision and compliance.
• Validate and control sales data received from wholesalers, ensuring accurate integration into systems and maintaining data integrity.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in pharmaceutical industry)
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in SAP & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
