Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our growing cake brand. You will be the face of our store, helping deliver excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude

Assist customers with orders and product inquiries

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the store and premises, including regular cleaning duties

Participate in daily LSM (Local Store Marketing) activities to promote the brand

Restock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with store displays

Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Support the team in any additional tasks as required

Shift & Availability Requirements:

Must be flexible with shifts:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekend availability is required

Must be available on holidays
