We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, enhancing the shopping experience, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will greet and assist customers with their purchases, answer inquiries regarding products, and manage transactions at the point of sale. You will play a vital role in driving sales performance, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store's visual merchandising standards are upheld. Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome customers as they enter the store premises.
• Assist customers with product selection and offer knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor display.
• Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale terminal.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Restock shelves and arrange merchandise according to store layout plans.
• Stay informed about current promotional offers and sales tactics.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts by monitoring suspicious behavior.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in fitting rooms and common areas.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer experience improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Proven ability to handle sales transactions and operate a cash register.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
