Retail Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an organized, clean and motivated retail environment while maintaining Brand Standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting every guest upon entrance, upsell and promoting the reward program by asking the guests to enter their phone numbers /email.
• FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.
• Being a clean and organized worker who takes pride in their work.

• Self managed (after training), shows up on time, having an entrepreneur mind set.

• Utilize effective selling techniques to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized, clean, safe and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring product racks are well-maintained, dust free and fully stocked, correctly labelled and customer ready
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, cash handling, fuel transaction, processing transactions accurately.
• assist management and other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including making one of our customer-favorites
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, on going sales and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
• Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
