We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate (Female) to join our team. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain store displays, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Meet sales targets and promote products effectively
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Upsell and cross-sell products
• Work collaboratively with team members

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be well groomed and presentable
• Basic math skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
