Retail Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at an upscale consignment store in Bentonville. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and thrifting!

We prefer a candidate who has availability both mornings and afternoons. Must be available to work Saturdays.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Style outfits and merchandise items
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Take clothing from consignors (inspect and decide what to take based on store guidelines)
- Process new inventory (hang, steam, tag)

Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills- greeting customers warmly when they enter the store, and chatting with them while they shop and check out
- Social media experience and retail experience are both a plus but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: From $14.00 per hour
