What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Associate, your job is to help families fall in love—with toys, with play, and with the joy of being together.

Here’s what your day might look like:

• Greet every guest like they just stepped into something wonderful (because they did!)
• Play and explore alongside kids and grownups—demo toys, ask questions, make recommendations
• Be the go-to for personal shopping help (“Need a gift for a dinosaur-obsessed 4-year-old? I got you!”)
• Check out customers and make sure they leave smiling—with a little more joy than they came in with
• Help host in-store events like slime workshops, story time, or birthday bucket day
• Share upcoming events and help families stay connected to our island of fun

You’ll use your own personality, creativity, and sense of joy to make each interaction unique.

You Might Be a Perfect Fit If...

• You light up when kids walk in the room
• You love chatting with people and making connections
• You’re creative, playful, and maybe a little quirky in the best way
• You’ve worked with children, in retail, or in anything performance-related
• You can work 20–29 hours a week, including weekends
• You’re not afraid to be on your feet, get silly, or clean up glitter (yes, there will be glitter)
