About the Role

Echo Acquisitions is expanding our Charlotte retail team and is currently hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level Retail Sales Associate position. Our team partners with nationally recognized brands to promote products and services inside local retail locations.

This position focuses on customer interaction, product education, and sales support within a retail store environment. Previous sales or marketing experience is not required, as we provide structured paid training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers inside the retail store
• Explain available products, services, and promotions to shoppers
• Provide helpful recommendations based on customer needs
• Support in-store promotional campaigns and product displays
• Accurately process customer purchases and service activations
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store performance goals
• Attend training sessions focused on customer service, communication, and sales techniques

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
