We are hiring a presentable and confident female Retail Sales Associate for a fashion retail brand. This role suits someone who understands selling, enjoys dealing with customers, and is open to learning and improving.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and drive in-store sales
• Understand customer needs and recommend products confidently
• Maintain visual standards and product presentation
• Support daily store operations and teamwork
• Deliver a professional and positive shopping experience

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, preferably fashion
• Presentable appearance and strong communication skills
• Sales-focused mindset and willingness to be coached
• Immediate availability is essential
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented
