Retail Sales Associate - Female

UV Group is looking for a Retail Sales Associate - Female who will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and advice.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store.
• Assist in the design and implementation of marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends, data and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Stay informed about current promotions and product knowledge.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a retail or sales is a must.
• Strong drive and passion for Sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• UAE experience & driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
