Retail Sales Associate - Male

About Us:
Dhaga Apparels is a growing clothing brand focused on delivering quality fashion and excellent customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Retail Sales Associate to manage the store counter, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily sales operations at our outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Guide customers in selecting clothing items based on size, style, and preferences
• Manage billing using POS system and ensure accurate transaction processing
• Handle payments including cash, debit/credit cards, and digital payments
• Maintain proper records of daily sales and cash balance
• Ensure correct pricing, tagging, and folding/display of products
• Pack purchased items and provide receipts to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and sales counter
• Monitor stock availability and inform management when items are running low
• Handle customer queries, complaints, or return/exchange requests politely
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a clothing or fashion store.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a clothing or fashion retail outlet
• Ability to upsell products and suggest matching items to customers
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock management
• Familiarity with digital payment methods

Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (or according to store timing)

Location: DHA phase 8
