Moana’s Wood is a busy kiosk located in Hilton Hawaiian Village. We offer eco-friendly, island-inspired accessories including wood sunglasses, phone cases, wallets, and custom engraved items.

Customers naturally come to us. Your role is to be present, attentive, and ready to engage the moment they show interest.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly as they approach or browse nearby
• Engage naturally in conversation and guide customers through products
• Explain product features and share the story behind the brand
• Help customers choose gifts and souvenirs
• Demonstrate products with confidence and enthusiasm
• Process transactions using POS system (cash and card)
• Upsell and recommend additional items when appropriate
• Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Meet and exceed daily sales goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
• Strong people skills, comfortable engaging customers who show interest
• Sales-minded, able to guide customers toward a purchase
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude with good energy throughout the shift
• Coachable and willing to learn

Bonus If You Have

• Retail or sales experience
• Experience working in tourist or high-traffic environments
• Multilingual skills (a strong advantage)
