Retail Sales Associate- Spurs Store, Adina's, & Stars of San Antonio (San Antonio Airport)

Looking for both full and part time associates. Sales associates make $14.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

Responsible for daily execution of the Mission Statement, which includes providing First Class Service to both internal and external customers.
May perform tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment.
This position ensures a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Put the customer first at all times.
Demonstrate selling experience in a fast paced, service-oriented retail setting.
Demonstrate ability to greet, sell, and thank the customer.
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment.
Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check.
Computer work, heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.
Work early morning, evening, weekends, and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Ability to read, interpret, and explain information to customers
Organizational skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
