Job Description:

The ability to consistently and enthusiastically share product knowledge with customers.
Build a customer database to drive sales.
Standard retail opening and closing procedures.
Efficiently use our POS system to finalize sales.
Ability to be professional in all customer service matters.
Maintain the stores presentation through merchandising, stock and housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

Two years of retail experience including opening and closing preferred but not required.
Self-motivated to exceed personal sales goals in a team environment.
Natural collaborator and ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our thriving business.
Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
High School diploma or GED.
