Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Executive with up to 1 year of experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow in retail, and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information about our offerings.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing inventory.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Operate POS systems for smooth and accurate transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Up to 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office or POS systems).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
