Retail Sales Consultant/Graphic Designer

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts is a custom garment decorating retail store in Lehi. We work works with businesses, schools and individuals for their custom garment needs. This position is part time and perfect for someone is looking to work around 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday through Friday from 9:30 - 1:30.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in Illustrator or Corel Draw.
• An outgoing and friendly personality (a “people person”).
• Organized, reliable and a quick learner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A minimum of one year retail experience.
• Professional and friendly communication style – in person, on the phone and through email.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enthusiastically greet customers, identify customer’s needs and make recommendations for products and services.
• Work one-on-one with customers to create quick (average 15 minutes) graphic designs that the customer loves.
• Manage customer communication via phone, email and text messaging.
• Manage customer transactions by generating quotes/invoices, creating art/proofs, and producing orders on time.
• Communicate with customers on proofs, timelines, updates, and pricing via in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with variety (50% design/customer service and 50% production/inventory management).
• Support store owner in community marketing activities.
• Maintain a clean and neat retail environment.
• Manage incoming inventory, which includes unpacking boxes, checking packing slips, folding, and stocking shelves (you must be able to lift 40 pounds).
• Help maintain equipment.
• Help maintain store appearance and cleanliness including but not limited to vacuuming, cleaning, & folding garment.
• Help customers take boxes to their cars.
• Other activities, as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• We are looking for candidates that are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Our store hours are currently Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 6:00.

We are hoping to change our closing time to 7:00 and also be open on Saturdays from 12:00 to 5:00. Please indicate if you are looking for part time or full time and the days and hours you are available to work.
