Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming, assisting, and guiding customers throughout their in-store experience.
• Provide accurate product knowledge, recommend suitable items, and communicate ongoing promotions to drive sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, returns, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Support inventory management, merchandise displays, and general store upkeep to ensure a seamless retail environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; additional certifications or diplomas are an advantage.
• 0-1 year of experience in retail sales or customer support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
