About the Role

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts of Buckhead is looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales & Design Consultant who can help customers bring their apparel and promotional ideas to life.

This is primarily a sales, retail, and customer consultation role, but it also includes graphic design support, order intake, artwork preparation, and hands-on production work. You will be involved in multiple parts of the fulfillment flow, from the first customer conversation through final production and order completion.

The right person will be warm with customers, confident in sales conversations, comfortable with design tools, and able to move between priorities without waiting to be told what to do next. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, asks good questions, and cares deeply about the customer’s outcome.

What You’ll Do

You will work directly with customers in person, by phone, and by email to understand their needs, recommend the right decoration method, and help close sales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and consult with customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
  • Ask the right questions to understand the customer’s goals, timeline, budget, artwork, and apparel needs
  • Prepare quotes, estimates, and invoices using store systems
  • Help customers select garments, decoration methods, and design options
  • Support the sales process from intake through approval and payment
  • Create, adjust, and prepare artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Review and work with customer-supplied artwork, including AI-generated artwork
  • Help improve artwork files so they are usable for production
  • Support production processes, including garment preparation, printing, pressing, quality checks, and order completion
  • Help maintain accurate order status and communicate clearly with customers
  • Prioritize daily work based on customer deadlines, production needs, and business impact
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, stock room organization, and general store upkeep
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional retail environment

What We’re Looking For

This role requires someone who can balance customer warmth with operational discipline. You should be able to handle a busy retail environment, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of the work in front of you.

Required qualifications:

  • Sales or retail experience is mandatory
  • Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional communication style
  • Ability to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solution
  • Comfortable managing orders from intake through approval, payment, production, and completion
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organization
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks in a busy retail and production environment
  • Comfortable learning store systems, quoting tools, fulfillment workflows, and production equipment
  • Able to work independently, take ownership, and ask good questions when needed
  • Willingness to support different parts of the business, including customer communication, order setup, production support, quality checks, production equipment care, and general store upkeep
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and daily workflow
  • Available for a full-time schedule, primarily Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Preferred qualifications:

  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator or Photoshop
  • Experience preparing, adjusting, or cleaning up artwork for production
  • Comfort working with customer-supplied or AI-generated artwork
  • Experience in custom apparel, printing, embroidery, promotional products, or a similar field
  • Experience with POS, quoting, order management, or production tracking systems
  • Prior experience in a small-business, franchise, or fast-moving retail environment

Schedule

This is expected to be a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role.

Primary schedule:

Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Some schedule flexibility may be needed based on business needs.

Pay

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

Final pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, sales ability, design experience, production experience, and overall fit for the role.
