Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers in the retail store.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest suitable solutions to customers.
• Handle daily sales, billing, and basic chemist-related assistance.
• Maintain stock displays, ensure proper product handling, and avoid damages.
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Coordinate with team members and support day-to-day retail operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in retail sales (preferably in chemicals, cosmetics, or pharma products).
• Basic knowledge of chemical/cosmetic products will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Males candidates are preferred
• Candidates from nearby locations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
