Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Department: Sales

Reports To: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
  • Ensuring payment recovery
  • Daily updating about sales activity and data
  • Ensure proper visual merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines.

· Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishment.

· Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns to drive footfall and sales.

· Generate sales reports and provide insights on customer trends and preferences.

· Ensure compliance with store policies, operational standards, and safety procedures.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Proven experience (3–4 years) in retail sales, preferably in [insert industry – e.g., , etc.].

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent customer service orientation.

· Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.

· Good understanding of retail KPIs (conversion rate, average transaction value, etc.).
