Sales Executive - Urgently Hiring : Male & Female Candidate (Automotive Brand, Dubai)
Dubai’s top brand in car accessories and vehicle wrapping is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to become part of our growing team. This position is centered around outbound calling, nurturing strong client connections, and maximizing add-on product sales.

Job Role:-
- New leads will be provided daily by the company. Your role involves making outbound calls to pre-interested prospects with the goal of scheduling showroom visits or appointments.
- When a confirmed customer arrives at the showroom, you're expected to welcome them warmly, engage in conversation, and present the relevant products and services that match their interests.
- Next guide the customer toward making a purchase decision, while also promoting available add-ons that enhance their experience.
- After a successful sale, it’s important to build and maintain a lasting relationship with the customer, as referrals play a major role in our continued growth.
- In short, you’ll be managing the entire customer journey—from the moment you receive the lead to successfully closing the sale.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential. Fluency in Hindi will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Place outbound calls daily, aiming for a connect rate of 50% or higher through the CRM platform.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize leads to encourage showroom visits and conversions.
- Own responsibility for achieving sales goals, while also driving cross-selling, upselling, and maintaining strong post-sale relationships.
- Use techniques like persistent follow-ups to predict and build future sales opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, understand their preferences, and guide them toward the most suitable product options.
- A goal-oriented and enthusiastic professional with a history of consistently outperforming sales targets.
