The Retail Sales Executive role at Interwood Mobel involves actively engaging with customers to drive sales and ensure outstanding service throughout the retail process. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our products effectively, and assisting clients from initial inquiry to purchase completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up on payments, deliveries, and receivables.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, stock levels, and pricing to ensure accurate information to clients.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized showroom display, including price tagging and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, and complaints) to track orders and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective product presentation and closing techniques.
- Gather and share customer feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail or showroom sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
