Retail Sales Executive

• Customer Engagement & Sales:
• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs.

Store Operations & Merchandising:

• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise displays are attractive.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Product Knowledge & Strategy:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and new arrivals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Implement sales strategies and participate in promotional activities.

Teamwork & Reporting:

• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations, especially during peak times.
• Provide customer feedback to store management.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports
• Provide detailed product information, features, and pricing.
• Recommend and cross-sell/upsell products to meet customer needs.
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (KPIs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
