Retail Sales Executive

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Pet’s Delight. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting pet owners with product recommendations, and ensuring the store is well-presented and fully stocked. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers, providing accurate product advice and recommendations. • Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting loyalty programs. • Maintain store standards, stock shelves, and ensure proper product rotation. • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately. • Support inventory control and participate in stock counts. • Educate customers on pet care, nutrition, and new product launches.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pet retail industry. • Proven retail or sales experience (mandatory). • Strong passion for pets and willingness to continuously learn about pet care. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Key Demographic Requirement • Applicants must be based in the UAE.
