The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of automotive spare parts while ensuring customers receive the correct components for their vehicles. The role involves customer consultation, order processing, inventory coordination, sourcing specialized parts, maintaining strong business relationships, and handling quality control and returns. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Consultation
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct spare parts based on vehicle make, model, and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in stock audits and inventory verification activities.
Order Processing & Quoting
- Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately.
- Process customer orders efficiently.
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer inquiries.
Sourcing Hard-to-Find Parts
- Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to source specialized or non-stock items.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules where applicable.
- Track procurement status and update customers accordingly.
B2B Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with workshops, garages, fleet operators, and corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to increase repeat business.
Quality Control & Returns
- Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy.
- Handle warranty claims, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding defective products and replacements.
Sales and Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers and new product lines.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.

Work Experience

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
