We are now looking for confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Executives (Male) who can help create memorable in-store experiences and drive strong sales performance.

Role Overview

The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving individual and store sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store meets Aroma 24/7’s high presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fragrances, home scents, and lifestyle products.
• Demonstrate and pitch Aroma 24/7’s products with confidence and product expertise.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock display, and visual merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Assist in stock management, inventory updates, and product replenishments.
• Support store promotions, launches, and brand events.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with the store manager to ensure smooth store operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics, lifestyle, apparel, or premium products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to understand customer preferences and pitch products effectively.
• A proactive approach with strong persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling payments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
